Return Policy

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, complete with the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service at support@rebanic.com to ensure you send the package to the correct address.
Please do not return goods directly to the place of delivery without prior communication with customer service. We will not accept such returns or provide refunds.

Notes:

Custom-order or personalized items are not eligible for a 30-day refund.
If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee, which should be based on the express company you choose.
If the return is due to our error, such as damaged or incorrect goods received, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee. Additionally, no restocking fee will be charged to the consumer for the return of a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 1-8 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rebanic.com. For assistance with returns, please contact our customer service at support@rebanic.com to obtain the return address.
