After-Sales Service Terms

Warranty Policy:

The entire machine is warranted for 2 years.
The warranty period starts from the date of your purchase, based on the invoice date.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Within 30 days after receiving the product, if the product remains in its original condition, with all accessories complete and not affecting the resale, you can enjoy the no-reason return service.
If the product has a non-artificial damage performance failure within 30 days after receipt, and confirmed by the after-sales service center, you can exchange the product.

Warranty Scope:

During the warranty period, if the product fails due to material, process, or functional defects, we will provide free repair or replacement parts service.
Outside the warranty period or in case of artificial damage, we will provide repair services, but there may be corresponding repair costs.

Non-Warranty Scope:

Damage caused by not following the operation manual.
Normal wear and tear, consumable parts (such as brush, HEPA Filter, etc.).
Damage caused by blockages.
Damage caused by using non-original accessories or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Repair Services:

We offer nationwide warranty services, and you can choose the nearest after-sales service center for repair.
If your location is outside the coverage of service centers, we provide remote mail-in repair services, and we will bear the mailing costs.

Repair Costs:

During the warranty period, the warranty period for the repaired or replaced product is the longer of the remaining original warranty period or 90 natural days after repair.
For repair services outside the warranty period, costs will be charged based on the actual repair situation.

Customer Notice:

Please keep your purchase invoice or related vouchers, as they are important for enjoying after-sales services.
If the product fails, please contact our customer service center in time, and we will serve you wholeheartedly.

Other:

We reserve the final interpretation right of the after-sales service terms.
